Valli & Associati assisted MC-link S.p.A. in the IPO on AIM Italia
As Legal Advisor, the Firm assisted MC-link in its listing on the AIM Italia (Alternative Investment Market) market, the Multilateral Trading Facility organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (the Italian Stock Exchange). MC-link is an historical communication operator and one of the first ISP in Italy.
Partners Andrea Valli e Marcello Mancuso, assisted by other lawyers of the firm, were involved in MC-link IPO, as well as Integrae SIM S.p.A. acting as NOMAD and Global Coordinator, prof. Marco Artiaco in his quality of advisor of the Issuer and Deloitte & Touche as Auditing Company.
The offering is addressed to qualified investors for an amount of around Euro 2.6 Million further to the issuing of 360,000 new ordinary shares in execution of a share capital increase and of warrant convertible into new ordinary shares to be subscribed by February 2015.
Trading of MC-link shares and warrant will be starting from February 22, 2013.
